The last 24 hours of transit (the day it is delivered), the ice packs are expected to be somewhat melted because. Ice packs will keep the contents cool, till the shipment is delivered, and should be refrigerated immediately.
Dry cured and smoked meat products are shelve stable and do not require refrigeration.

Your order can be delivered to a commercial or residential address as long as all correct shipping information is entered during the order process. Please note that some shipping methods for residential deliveries do not require a signature therefore your shipment box could be placed outside of the residence.
