Soaked in Murcia el Vino for two or three days to achieve the violet hue of its thin rind. It has a slightly sweet but pleasantly smooth and fruity flavour. Drunken goat cheese is a Spanish crowd pleaser. It is aged for a total of 70 days. An excellent choice for goat cheese novices, as well as those who know they love the goat. Gluten free. Keep refrigerated.
