Made with 100 % sheep’s milk. CROTONESE PECORINO is often the finish of a meal, served with pears and walnuts or drizzled with strong chestnut honey. CROTONESE PECORINO is a more mature cheese. It has a crumbly texture and has a decidedly buttery and nutty flavour. White grapes, figs, pears, green apples. Crisp white wines, Savignon Blanc or Chenin Blanc. Or a Pinot Noir or a Saugoiese red wine.
