Description

Landjager means hunters sausage because hunters used to carry them in their pockets during hunting trips, this also accounts for the rectangular shape. Landjager is a small, smoked German sausage. It is dry with medium grind and is flavoured with toasted ground caraway seeds. More similar in taste to a German summer sausage than a pepperoni.
